The challenge
Independent tour guides often rely on disconnected tools, messages and manual coordination to manage their business. Moss Project was designed to bring discovery, booking and day-to-day operations into one cohesive experience.
The solution
The platform combines a public tourism experience with a private administrative workspace, allowing visitors to explore tours and book departures while giving the guide control over tours, availability, reservations and payments.
